Scunthorpe United would like to make supporters aware we are going through a period of transition in our ticket office.
As we move away from our current provider and onto our new platform, FanBase, as announced earlier in the week, there will be a short stint where we are transferring data and readying the new system to go live.
As a result, match tickets for our games in August are not yet available to purchase, and season ticket cards are not yet available to collect. As soon as we have them available we will announce.
We're confident our new provider will massively improve your fan experience, and the new features, such as a club app, will be worth the wait, and we thank you for your patience in this transitional period.
For the club, Fanbase provides access to fan insights and communication tools, making it easier to engage with supporters and grow the fanbase. Built-in analytics help Scunthorpe track campaign performance and make informed, data-driven decisions.
The platform also creates new commercial opportunities through integrated sponsorship placements in the app’s newsfeed and match centre, helping the club connect partners with its audience.
