A statistical look at this evening's clash with Barrow AFC courtesy of Andy's Bet Club.
Scunthorpe United travel to the SO Legal Stadium on Tuesday night to face Barrow.
Andy Butler’s side are coming off the back of a comfortable 4-1 win over Hartlepool on Saturday, whilst Barrow had an excellent 4-2 away win at 2nd-place Southend.

Goals from Pat Jones, James Norwood, Kyle Hurst, and Hugh Parker were enough for Scunthorpe to turn the game around against Hartlepool after Will Harris gave the visitors the lead.
That result was Scunthorpe’s third league win of the season and lifts them to 20th in the table.
Barrow were emphatic in their 4-2 away win over Southend, as goals from Rekeem Harper, Seb Thompson, Dan Mooney, and an own goal from Darren Oldaker handed them all three points.
That’s now back-to-back wins for Barrow, who sit 15th just two points ahead of Scunthorpe.
The Iron had 2.49 xG on Saturday to Hartlepool’s 1.25.
Scunthorpe had 19 shots in total, nine of them on target, and turned two of their three corners into shots.
They also won the majority of the game's aerial duels, 29 of 47 (62%), and allowed Hartlepool 11.7 passes per defensive action (PPDA), a measure of pressing intensity, against the visitors’ own figure of 8.8.
Barrow had only 37% possession in their 4-2 win away at Southend, but almost matched them for xG (1.99 to 2.09).
Rekeem Harper’s 52nd-minute goal was the highest-value chance of the game for Barrow, worth 0.67 xG.
Barrow had 10 shots, five of them on target, and turned two of their six corners into shots.
They allowed Southend 6.7 passes per defensive action (PPDA) against their own figure of 9.6.
How each side converts pressure into shots looks like a useful guide here.
Scunthorpe turned 19 of their 53 attacks into shots against Hartlepool (36%), while Barrow managed shots from only 10 of their 38 sequences at Southend (26%).
If this pattern repeats itself, it looks more likely to be settled by which side is more clinical with what it does create than by which side dominates general possession.
Scunthorpe have won two of their last four, whilst Barrow have only lost one of their last six league games.
A win here would put Scunthorpe above Barrow, and could kickstart a run where the play-off places aren’t too far away.
