Oli Rose and Pat Jones visit The Forge Project in order to donate sleeping bags.

Representatives from Scunthorpe United paid a visit to The Forge Project in Scunthorpe on Thursday afternoon to make a donation of sleeping bags to the local organisation.

Defender Oli Rose and winger Pat Jones were among the Iron representatives who visited The Forge Project, helping to deliver the sleeping bags, which will provide additional support and warmth to people in the local community who are experiencing homelessness or facing difficult circumstances.

The Forge Project works within Scunthorpe and the surrounding area to support people who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, or in need of additional help. The organisation provides a range of practical support and services, helping individuals move towards greater stability and independence.

The donation forms part of Scunthorpe United's continued commitment to supporting organisations and initiatives within the local community.

Speaking during the visit, the Iron representatives were able to learn more about the work carried out by The Forge Project and the difference its team makes to people across Scunthorpe.
