The Iron unveil new partnership with WSL 2 side Sheffield United Women

Scunthorpe United is delighted to confirm that an agreement has been reached with Sheffield United Women for the WSL 2 side to use the Attis Arena for their upcoming home fixtures.

The agreement will see the Blades bring their WSL 2 campaign to Scunthorpe, with the Attis Arena providing a high-quality pitch and venue for their upcoming home matches across October and November.

Sheffield United Women will play the following fixtures at the Attis Arena:

Sunday 18 October, 2:00pm K.O. – Sheffield United Women vs Nottingham Forest

Wednesday 28 October, 7:00pm K.O. – Sheffield United Women vs Everton

Sunday 22 November, 2:00pm K.O. – Sheffield United Women vs Durham

The Blades currently sit ninth in the WSL 2 standings after five games of the season, with the side looking to build on their campaign across the coming weeks.

The three fixtures taking place at the Attis Arena will form part of the Subway Players Cup, formerly known as the FA Women's League Cup, providing supporters with the opportunity to watch second-tier women's football at the home of the Iron

Scunthorpe United is pleased to welcome Sheffield United Women to the Attis Arena and looks forward to working alongside the club throughout their upcoming fixtures.

Tickets will be available directly from Sheffield United for these fixtures, with a pay-on-the-day option also available.
