One week to go! Don't miss our FREE United by Steel Gala

The countdown is on! There is now just one week to go until the inaugural United by Steel Gala, as Scunthorpe Unitedand British Steel prepare to welcome thousands of people to the Attis Arena for a free celebration of the town's proud heritage and community spirit.

Taking place on Sunday, 2 August, from 10am, the United by Steel Gala has been inspired by the much-loved Steel Gala tradition, bringing together families, supporters, local businesses, charities and community groups for what promises to be one of Scunthorpe's biggest community events of the summer.

With FREE entry, visitors can enjoy:

• Opportunities to meet representatives from Scunthorpe United and British Steel

The day's celebrations will culminate with the highly anticipated Scunthorpe United Legends vs Manchester United Legends fixture at 4pm, rounding off an unforgettable day celebrating everything that makes Scunthorpe unique.

The United by Steel Gala is about more than entertainment, it's a celebration of the people, industries and community that have shaped Scunthorpe for generations. Inspired by the cherished memories of the original Steel Gala, this new event aims to create lasting memories for a new generation while honouring the town's rich steelmaking heritage.
