Volunteers required to assist in covering playing surface on Friday lunchtime

Scunthorpe United is appealing for volunteers to assist with our pitch preparation for Saturday's game, with temperatures set to plummet on Friday night.

Supporters who are available to assist with covering the Attis Arena playing surface with frost covers should attend the stadium for 12.30pm on Friday to help our ground staff team in protecting the pitch, giving our home encounter against Sutton United the best possible opportunity to go ahead.

There's no need to register your availability to help us, simply turn up to main reception of the stadium on Friday at around 12.30pm to help us.

We would like to thank any supporter who is available to assist in advance! Should we require a pitch inspection for the game on Saturday, we will keep everyone informed.
