The Iron has once again teamed up with Tickets For Troops to offer entry for members of the Armed Forces for our Enterprise National League home encounter against Altrincham on Saturday, March 14th (5.30pm kick-off).
This offer is just one of many to be announced as we look to fill the Attis Arena once more following a number of successful years of celebrating the local community.
The aim of the charity has always been to provide those who serve in HM Armed Forces, those medically discharged post 2001 and the next of kin of those who have passed as a result of their service, with the opportunity to attend events with their friends and family when they are off work.
We also want to show the troops how much their service is appreciated by their country and allow them to make lasting memories especially as they often miss out on so many other key moments with their loved ones.
In July 2019 Tickets For Troops marked ten years since it was established. In that time the charity has distributed over 1.8 million tickets to members of HM Armed Forces to attend events all around the UK.
