Scunthorpe United is delighted to be supporting the annual Fostering Care Fortnight initiative that is run by The Fostering Network.
Taking place between the 11th and the 24th of May this year, the Fostering Care Fortnight is the UK’s largest annual campaign to raise awareness of fostering, run by The Fostering Network. For the 2026 campaign, the theme is "This is Fostering", a theme that celebrates foster carers for all the brilliant work they do, highlights the need for more foster families within the local area, and advocates for a better level of support.
