The Iron and the Mariners have both received a bye to this stage of the competition for the second successive campaign, with the fixture seeing the two sides meet at the same stage last season.
Last season, United won the accolade for the 23rd time, beating the Mariners, receiving a bye against Spalding United, before beating Cleethorpes Town in the final, coming from 2-0 down to win 5-3.
United overhauled Town at Bottesford Town's Barrett Steel Stadium last season, coming from 1-0 down to win 3-1, with Carlton Ubaezuonu (two) and Luke Williams netting.

The draw for the 2025-26 Lincolnshire FA County Senior Cup has now been confirmed, with the competition once again set to showcase some of the county’s top senior teams in action.
This season’s tournament kicks off with three First Round fixtures, alongside five clubs receiving a bye into the Quarter-Finals. Following the conclusion of the opening round, the Quarter-Final ties will take place - with some matchups dependent on those First Round results.
