SUFC Unity Group to sponsor the Iron's half-time draw, in memory of John Staff, in 2025-26

Scunthorpe United is delighted to announce there will be a new title sponsor of the half-time draw, with the SUFC Unity Group now part of the branding for the new look ticket for the new campaign, which will be in memory of the late John Staff who was a renowned seller of the tickets for a number of years.

The SUFC Unity group was formed to enhance fundraising towards the football club, with the individuals on the committee dedicated in raising funds for the club through various means such as weekly football cards, auctions and more.

Head of Partnerships, Glyn Sparks, said: "A massive thank you to the SUFC Unity Group for taking on the sponsorship of our half-time draw tickets for the forthcoming season.

"Our thanks go to the Systemise Group for their support with this and other packages over recent years, but ahead of this season, the ticket will be rebranded to enhance the recognition of the SUFC Unity Group, who have raised thousands for the football club in recent years.

"We continue to keep the tickets in memory of John Staff, who was a beloved and renown volunteer at the club, synonymous for selling these very tickets. Our thanks also go to supporters for their continuous backing of this half-time draw, with thousands of tickets sold in the 2024-25 season, with half of the money raised going back out as prizes."
