The 25-year-old ends his two-year association with the Iron having signed on a free transfer in July 2022 from Hartlepool United.
In his debut campaign at the club, Ogle scooped the majority of the end of season awards having made 38 league starts.
Meanwhile, last season, he made his two-year total up to 77 appearances in all competitions, making 39 starts, scoring one goal, which came in the 6-1 win over Bishop's Stortford.
Ogle had been offered new terms from United, but having had keen interest from the Latics, who play in the Vanarama National League, the Aussie has opted to make the switch to Boundary Park.
