Ahead of the Iron's Vanarama National League North season getting underway at the Attis Arena this weekend, the club wish to remind supporters of some amendments to accessing the Executive Lounge, which were implemented for the play-offs at the end of last season.

Moving forward, the lounge will only be able to be accessed by supporters who have purchased an upgrade, or have an executive seat within the Vertikal Stand.

With footfall within the lounge increasing week-on-week last season, particularly after the game, it became necessary for the club to take measures to ensure those who purchase admission to the Executive Lounge can enjoy a relaxing pre-match, half-time and post-match, with access to the bar, and without capacity limit or overcrowding worries. Supporters will be asked to show their tickets prior to entering the Executive Lounge, and will be refused access should no ticket be produced.

Regrettably there will be no post-match access to this area for supporters who have not purchased upgrades. As a mediation to this alteration, players and staff will be asked to attend the Iron Bar following their post-match food intake, which will also now no longer take place in the Executive Lounge, with the decision taken on the ground of safety and capacity concerns, while also maintaining the best possible value for money for those supporters who do purchase an upgrade.

Supporters are able to purchase Executive Lounge upgrades for £8 per person by contacting our ticket office.

Furthermore, executive lounge pass holders and executive seat holders are also asked to enter via the Executive Lounge entrance, rather than Main Reception. Main Reception moving forward is reserved for the entrance of Boardroom, Executive Box holders and hospitality guests.

Scunthorpe United would like to thank all supporters for their cooperation with this amendment.
