A message from Lee Turnbull ahead of this weekend's game

A huge thank you to our loyal supporters who have managed to get along to Glanford Park in the last week.

Three home games on the spin in the lead up to December, and Christmas being a stretch for everyone financially, yet you continue to give up valuable time to get behind the Iron.

We are humbled and appreciative that you back Michelle, Jimmy and the lads so passionately, and in great numbers. Another three points tomorrow will hopefully be the reward for your continued support.

This league is no walkover, and every game is a challenge both home and away, but with the DRE bouncing and singing, I'm sure you'll push us on to promotion this season.

Michelle and the Board have done an incredible job, against all odds, to secure a brighter future for Scunthorpe United.

We need help and we need every Iron fan near or far, both old and new, to try and get us on a path towards sustainability to allow another generation of fans to enjoy what we have experienced with our own individual journeys with Scunthorpe United. The business community's support is vital to sustain our quest. We ask everyone to step up and help where you can. The time is now - our time to celebrate having our club back, but more importantly to focus on the short term to establish a firm foothold financially to help us get through the upcoming months. Please do what you can to help.

There are a number of ways to assist us, if you can, such as the recently launched Iron Super Draw, and of course the main one being to come along to Glanford Park and be loud and proud every matchday!
