Tom Billson signs on loan for rest of season

Scunthorpe United have signed Coventry City goalkeeper Tom Billson on loan for the rest of the season.

It's a second spell at Glanford Park for the 22-year-old, who joined us at the start of the last campaign and made one appearance against Swindon Town at Glanford Park before injury curtailed his spell with us.

He had a period of time with National League North side Kidderminster Harriers earlier this season, where he made four appearances.

Billson has risen through the ranks in the youth set-up at Coventry, making a breakthrough in the Under-23s during the 2018/19 season, and has been a regular in the past few seasons. He's also previously gone out on loan to non-league side Barwell.
