The 31-year-old joins having made 32 appearances for the Daggers this term and scored in their fixture against the Iron at Glanford Park back in February.
The former Gillingham trainee has plied his trade with Dover Athletic, Aldershot Town and Ebbsfleet United, where he made over 200 appearances in a six year spell.
He had spent three years at the Daggers prior to his move to Scunthorpe, making around 100 appearances.
The transfer is subject to league and FA ratification.
