Iron first year professional Ethan Young has joined Northern Premier League Division One Midlands side Yaxley on loan until the end of the season.
The 19-year-old joins the Cuckoos with the side having seven games remaining of their season and will be in line to make his debut at home against Cambridge City tomorrow.
Young has made six league starts and two substitute appearances for the Iron in total, making his professional debut last season at home to Mansfield Town, replacing Harry Lewis in the 61st minute. He would make his first start six days later away at Leyton Orient.
In the current campaign, Young has made two appearances, in the home league games against Wrexham and Notts County.
