Scunthorpe United is delighted to announce the signing of midfielder Tom Pugh on a free transfer.
Pugh returns to Glanford Park after initially leaving in the summer. He pens a contract until the end of the season and will add options to the Iron's midfield.
The 21-year-old Doncaster-born player, who has also been capped for Wales U21s, has made 36 appearances for the Iron so far in all competitions.
He signed for National League North side Scarborough on non-contract terms a fortnight ago and played two games for the Seadogs. We also thank them for their co-operation with the transfer.
Formerly of Leeds United, he came through our Iron academy where he was skipper, and the tenacious midfielder can also play at right-back.
The transfer is subject to league and FA ratification.
