Scunthorpe United will stand shoulder-to-shoulder with the rest of the footballing community in showing our solidarity with the people of Ukraine and all those who have been impacted by the ongoing conflict in the country, ahead of Saturday’s Sky Bet League Two home game against Colchester United.

Since the start of the conflict, clubs across the EFL have been coming together as a continued show of support.

Before kick-off of Saturday's home match against the U's, there will be a minute's applause to show solidarity to the people of Ukraine.

Meanwhile, there will be the chance to donate to the British Red Cross' DEC Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal. We will have bucket collections in the stadium, while there will also be posters around the ground featuring QR codes which supporters can scan on their phone and donate via.
