REMINDER
Supporters are reminded that on matchdays at the Sands Venue Stadium only credit/debit card and smartphone payment methods will be accepted as a form of payment via the concourse refreshment kiosks, hospitality facilities, turnstiles, car park stewards, Iron Bar, ticket office and club shop.
Fans are able to pay cash at the corner ticket booth between the Britcon and East Stands, which opens 90 minutes before kick-off.
EASY BUY STAND SPLIT INTO TWO SECTIONS
Following changes to the dugout area made at the beginning of the 2020-21 season, combined with EFL Covid Protocols, the club have had to make changes to the movement of spectators which has effectively split the Easy Buy Stand into two separate sections.
The Covid regulations require the enforcement of a Red Zone which includes the home and away dressing rooms, the tunnel, the pitch and any location inside the stadium required by players and match officials. Consequently, supporters are now no longer able to walk across the tunnel area, meaning that the northern and southern ends of the stand are now operating separately.
Executive Seat holders will be able to enter the stadium through the main reception or the Sir Ian Botham Executive Lounge entrance as normal. If your seat is 88-97 then you will also be able to use turnstile block 8 while seats 98-107 can use turnstile block 1.
Those located in 98-107 requiring access to the Executive Lounge will no longer be able to cross the tunnel and will instead need to access their seats/exec lounge by using the restaurant door and walk along the internal corridor to the Executive Lounge and vice versa.
HOT FOOD
There will be a selection of hot food on sale from the refreshment kiosks for the match, and we will have hot drinks, cold drinks and cold snacks available to buy.
PARKING
Supporters can book a parking space in advance by clicking here. Otherwise, supporters can pay by card to a car park steward on the approach into the stadium. Fans can make a £1 saving by buying before the NEW TIME OF 4.30PM on matchday though.
DOWNLOADABLE PROGRAMME
We can confirm there will be a free downloadable programme with a smaller number of pages than previously and Junior Iron supplement for our younger fans for home league fixtures, and these will be available from our website in the run-up to the match.
IRON BAR AND TURNSTILES OPENING
The Iron Bar will be open for the game from 5pm, with the turnstiles opening at 6.30pm.
FACE COVERINGS & SAFETY MEASURES
Supporters are encouraged to wear a face covering when watching upcoming matches at the Sands Venue Stadium, especially in indoor and communal settings.
There will be hand sanitiser available at various points around the stadium and proof of double vaccination or a negative test is not required at this stage.
With safety in mind, we encourage supporters to take a rapid flow test in the 24 hours leading up to a match, and to also stay away from the stadium if they are displaying any Covid-19 symptoms.
AUTOGRAPHS & PICTURES
Finally, please note due to the present Covid-19 situation, the players are unable to sign autographs and pose for pictures with supporters at this moment in time.
