Iron support Lindsey Lodge Hospice's Jog On January campaign

The Iron are proud to be supporting Lindsey Lodge Hospice in January 2023, as they launch their month-long fitness challenge to raise much-needed funds.

Lindsey Lodge Hospice and Healthcare has launched its ‘Jog on January’ fitness challenge for the fourth year running in a bid to motivate people to be active for 31 days and raise vital funds to help it continue to support local patients and their families who are living with a life limiting illness.

Members of the Iron club staff will also be taking part in the challenge which kicks off on New Year's Day and concludes on Tuesday, January 31st, 2023.

Participants are encouraged to keep moving for 31 days in January however they choose – whether it’s walking, running, dancing or swimming. By completing the challenge and raising £31 for Lindsey Lodge, participants will earn a bespoke Jog on January medal.

Sign up for just £10per person to say goodbye to the January blues and take part in our month-long Jog on January challenge! Walk, jog or run your way to 5, 10 or 15k. New for 2023, we're inviting participants to take part in a Jog on January park run on Saturday 28 January. Whether you’ve never run before or want to get active again, Jog on January is the perfect way to build up to 5k, 10k or 15k
