Scunthorpe Scorpions to showcase bikes on our Grassroots Day

Riders from Scunthorpe Scorpions Speedway Club will be showcasing their motorcycles outside the Iron Bar at our home game against Stevenage on Monday, April 18th (3pm kick-off).

The speedway league season gets underway in April and they will be at our fixture against Stevenage promoting their second home meeting of the season, which takes place on Friday, April 22nd when they host Birmingham (7.30pm start) at the Eddie Wright Raceway. There will be a junior motorcycle present too, and photo opportunities on what will be the Iron's annual Grassroots Day. See details of that here. The riders attending will be confirmed closer to matchday.

Additionally at the Easter Monday game, the Iron will be holding a bucket collection for Lindsey Lodge Hospice, with more details to follow in due course.
