Darren Drysdale is the referee for the Iron versus Morecambe this evening.
He takes charge of his first game this season after being fourth official at Saturday's League Two affair between Stevenage and Doncaster Rovers.The RAF Sergeant last took charge of an Iron fixture on Good Friday when he refereed Graham Alexander's first match in charge of Scunthorpe away at Barnsley.
His last competitive game in the middle involved United's opponents Morecambe in an away fixture at Exeter City at the end of last season.
He will be assisted by Glen Hart and Nicholas Barnard, while Ross Joyce assumes the role of fourth official.
