Rowley played a key role as Scunthorpe secured promotion back to the National League, contributing with a series of influential performances throughout the campaign. His work rate, creativity and ability to drive the team forward from midfield made him a popular figure among supporters and an important member of the dressing room.
Following promotion, Rowley continued to be a valuable asset during the Iron's return to Step One football in 2025-26.
