IRON TEAM NEWS

Liam McAlinden serves the final of his three-game ban following a sending off at home to Chester a couple of weeks ago. Andrew Boyce returns to contention following his one-match ban for a sending off at Darlington. Meanwhile, Will Evans commences a four-game ban for his second sending off of the campaign accrued last weekend.

Kai Corbett has been in the squad following his arrival on loan from Peterborough United, but is yet to make his debut in claret and blue.

Elsewhere, Callum Roberts is available for selection following his long term injury, although there are a number of niggles and knocks in the squad. Jason Law still misses out.

THE OPPOSITION

Warrington are coming off the back of a loss at home to relegation bound Gloucester City, and have had some mixed form in recent matches.

Warrington have claimed two victories, lost two and drawn one in their last five, and are looking to turn their form around to shoot into a play off position and are just four points away from seventh.

A man in form for Warrington is Connor Woods the centre forward has netted 11 goals this season, and has found himself to be a key player this season for the yellow after kicking on since his loan at Southport. Woods has scored three goals in his last two games, grabbing two against Farsley Celtics, and then opening the score against Gloucester City before they conceded two in the last 15 minutes of the match.

As well as Woods, Warrington also have their top scorer looking to influence a turn in their form, Isaac Buckley-Ricketts. The 26-year-old has got himself 15 goals this season and is looking to reignite the form he had at the start of March. Despite not scoring in his last three, Isak had bagged himself five in six and now is looking to add to the goals Connor Woods has recently been scoring.
