Captain sponsor profile: Scunthorpe Referee's Association

The Iron welcome Scunthorpe Referee's Association as captain sponsors for our latest home league game against King's Lynn Town.

Formed in 1949, the Scunthorpe RA this year celebrate their 75th anniversary, with a number of events in the pipeline over the course of the year.

The SRA is for referees in Scunthorpe and the surrounding areas and villages of the town.

During the football season, the association’s members usually meet on the first Thursday of each month from 7pm at Heslam Park, Ashby Road, Scunthorpe DN16 2AG.

The RA aims to provide a place to meet other referees where you can be supported, developed and learn from others.
