Iron defender Jacob Bedeau has been named in EA Sports FIFA's team of the week following his performance in the 2-0 victory over Oldham Athletic at the weekend.
The central defender broke the deadlock in the second half, latching onto Kevin van Veen's cross into the box, taking the ball down nicely before sweeping the ball home, while he was also part of the defensive unit that kept the side's first clean sheet in nine games.
The win for Scunthorpe was their first away from home since New Year's Day, coincidentally when they beat the same opponents by the same scoreline, while it was also the first away clean sheet since the same match.
The 20-year-old makes it into the eighth team of the week from the video game series and is currently rated as 68 OVR on the game, but after his touch and finish at the weekend, he'll be looking for his shooting rating to increase from 48.
