Iron Under-18s midfielder Joey Dawson's strike in the 3-2 win over Mansfield Town has been nominated for the League Football Education’s Goal of the Month for October 2020.
The competition returns for the second time this season, showcasing 10 of the best strikes by LFE apprentices from across the Academy leagues during October 2020. Each contender has the opportunity to follow in the footsteps of Sheffield United’s Hassan Ayari, who won the September instalment.
