The 23-year-old will be involved in scouting and recruitment, across all levels, as the football club continues to strive to develop homegrown talent and utilise the Academy and Under-23s set-up we currently have.
Will’s knowledge in the industry, including previously working in the scouting department at the Iron until he departed in July 2018, gives him a range of skills and contacts that will compliment the path the football club are now on.
He leaves a position at Omni Sports in Manchester, to take up the role here at the Iron.
First Team Manager Neil Cox said: "I’ve known Will for seven years from my time working at AFC Wimbledon and Notts County.
"We have built up a good relationship over that time period and I’ve worked on recommendations with Will before at my previous jobs. We have already started working towards the future and move into the January Transfer Window with a structured plan and a more stable platform to work from."
