On-loan Iron left-back Tom Pearce played for England Under-20s in their 3-1 defeat by Poland at St George’s Park on Thursday afternoon.
Pearce already had five international caps to his name beforehand, making two appearances for the Under-21s in the Toulon Cup last summer, which England won, while he made his Under-20s debut back in September 2018 against Netherlands Under-20s.
The Leeds player will now travel to Estádio Municipal 25 de Abril (Penafiel) to face Portugal on Tuesday, March 26, 2019 (5pm kick-off, UK time).
