The 19-year-old pens a two-and-a-half-year deal to become our seventh signing of the January transfer window.
Bedeau made his professional debut while at Bury at the age of 16, and appeared seven times before transferring to Villa Park. One of those appearances came against the Iron in January 2017.
The Waltham Forest-born defender was also with Leyton Orient during his youth career.
