Iron striker Kyle Wootton has joined National League side FC Halifax Town on a one-month loan.
The former academy product has made 35 league appearances for United, scoring five goals, and has previous loan experience at Lincoln City, North Ferriby United, Cheltenham Town and Stevenage,
The 21-year-old frontman could make his debut in the Shaymen’s away game at Bromley on Saturday. Halifax presently sit 11th in the National League.
