After much anticipation and build-up, the EFL draft fixtures for 2018-19 were finally revealed at 9.00am today – and Scunthorpe United’s Sky Bet League One campaign will kick off with an away clash against Coventry City on Saturday, 4th August, 2018.
Our first home game of the campaign is a week later, when Walsall make the trip to Glanford Park on Saturday, August 11th.
There is an away trip to Doncaster Rovers on Saturday, December 15th, while we face them at Glanford Park on Saturday, February 23rd.
Christmas sees the Iron visit Bradford City on Saturday, December 22nd before home encounters against Luton Town (Wednesday, December 26th) and Wycombe Wanderers (Saturday, December 29th). Tuesday, January 1st then sees a trip to face Peterborough United.
The final weekend of the season sees us visit Plymouth Argyle on Saturday, May 4th, with kick-off at 5.30pm for all League One clubs that day.
