Bottesford Town BCS U9s enjoy flag bearing experience

29 August 2018

Local junior football side Bottesford Town BCS U9s were able to form a guard of honour for both the Iron and Barnsley at the weekend.

Eleven players from the side were present to enjoy the experience, which saw them allowed onto the pitch prior to kick-off for a flag bearing experience.

They welcomed both teams onto the pitch, taking advantage of group booking prices, before enjoying the encounter against the Tykes from the Lincolnshire Co-op Family Zone of the SPB Stand.

Following the experience, manager of the side Matthew Baxter messaged: "All the boys had a great time, thank you so much for allowing the boys to be part of the game."

We now have only very limited availability remaining for flag bearing in the 2018-19 campaign. We do, however, have availability for our brand new flag package. Click here for more details.
