The Iron’s away League One clash against Charlton Athletic has been rearranged for Tuesday, March 7 (7.45pm kick-off).
The match was originally set to take place on Saturday, January 21 but was postponed due to a frozen pitch.
Supporters who purchased a ticket for the original date will be able to use the same ticket for the rearranged fixture. If you have purchased one and now cannot make the rearranged date then you can apply for a refund for the face value of the ticket in the following ways:
If you’ve purchased your tickets via the Scunthorpe United ticket office and already have the tickets in your possession, please contact the Iron’s ticket office in person at Glanford Park with your ticket or you can post the ticket along with your contact details. The ticket office staff will then contact you to arrange the refund on receipt of your ticket. We would advise supporters posting tickets back to us to make a note of the block, row and seat number in the event of tickets going missing with the postal service.
Supporters who purchased from Scunthorpe United and have not picked up their ticket can apply for the refund in person at Glanford Park or over the phone on 01724 747670 during the ticket office opening hours.
Coach travel tickets will be valid for the re-arranged fixture and no further charges will be made on this occasion thanks to coach providers Johnson's Coaches absorbing the costs incurred from the previous trip. A full refund will also be provided to supporters who can't make the rearranged date.
Please note supporters have until the ticket office closes on Tuesday, February 28 to apply for a refund. No refunds will be given after this date. If the tickets were purchased by credit or debit card then the same card will be required for the refund.
