The Iron are looking to recruit a matchday ticket office assistant ahead of the forthcoming 2017-18 season.
Suitable candidates will be required to be available for all home league and cup fixtures throughout the course of the season, with the majority taking place on Saturdays and Tuesdays. A full fixture list is available here. Usual Saturday working hours will be 12pm until 3.15pm and evening kick offs will require 5.30pm until 8pm, although these may change subject to kick-off times.
The successful candidate will be based in one of the ticketing outlets at Glanford Park Stadium and will be responsible for processing payments for ticketing products, as well as dealing with customer enquiries.
They will need to be enthusiastic, reliable and have exceptional communication skills, with both the ability and desire to deliver a fantastic experience to our customers. Computer skills will be required for the role while previous experience in a retail or sales environment is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
