Michael Salisbury will referee United’s away fixture against Walsall at the Banks's Stadium on Tuesday night.

Salisbury has refereed seven matches so far this season, and in those matches he’s produced 20 yellow cards, and dismissed three players.

He officiated his first ever League One game on Saturday, as AFC Wimbledon and Shrewsbury Town played out a 1-1 draw.

Throughout the 2015-16 campaign, Salisbury took charge of 20 matches in the Vanarama National League, showing 25 yellow and three red cards in the process.

He’ll be joined on Tuesday night by assistant referees Richard Hulme and David Plowright, with Kevin Howick taking up the role of fourth official.
