Scunthorpe United’s 2016-17 kit was revealed earlier in the month and, with the replica kits available to pre-order now, we’d like to update supporters on their availability.
Whilst Scunthorpe United placed the order for training wear and playing kit in a timely fashion, unfortunately JD Sports have informed us that there has been a delay in the manufacturing process.The kits were on schedule for sale in pre-season. However, due to circumstances outside the club’s control, there has been a delay at the factory. We would like to thank the fans for their patience and understanding.
We are now promised a delivery date of mid-August at the latest is expected. The kit manufacturers are doing all they can to improve on this delivery date.
Iron CEO James Rodwell stated: “We fully understand our fans’ frustration that the replica shirts are not yet on sale. Pre sales have been going very well, which only goes to prove the new designs are clearly popular with the fans. I’d ask our supporters to please continue to be patient as the shirts will be with you very shortly.”
The replica kits are still available to pre-order from our brand new online store, www.sufcshop.com or in person from the ticket office at Glanford Park.
