Throughout the current campaign, the man from Lancashire has officiated 22 matches and, in those, he’s produced 79 yellow cards and sent off two players.
He took charge of 32 games last season, cautioning 112 players and sending off five.
He’ll be joined on Monday by assistant referees David Benton and Simon Clayton, with Danny Gratton taking up the role of Fourth Official.
