Remembering past matches played by the Iron on May 2...
The Iron sealed the final League One play-off place at the expense of Tranmere after captain Cliff Byrne snatched a dramatic late goal On This Day in 2009.
Tranmere had seemed set for a play-off place when Craig Curran headed home Ian Moore's cross at the far post.
And we finally struck with just two minutes to go as Byrne headed home a free-kick from Grant McCann, and Glanford Park was in raptures.
Overall playing record for May 2: Played 9, Won 4, Drawn 5, Lost 0, Scored 21, Conceded 11.
