After four trips away from home, the Iron return to Glanford Park and welcome Doncaster Rovers for their latest pre-season encounter on Saturday, July 22nd (1pm kick-off).
Jimmy Dean will be looking for a third win on the bounce following convincing victories over Ilkeston Town and Gainsborough Trinity, but face stern opposition from the EFL.
Doncaster Rovers, managed by former players of the Iron - Grant McCann and Cliff Byrne - will bring their side to see how far United have come in pre-season following a draw at Brigg Town CIC and a defeat at Winterton Rangers.
With Ian Lawlor, Tommy Rowe, George Miller and Caolan Lavery in their squad, Scunthorpe are likely to come up against some familiar faces at the weekend.
