As you may have seen prominently over recent weeks, Scunthorpe United have a Twitter account called 'The Iron Vault' where we share lots of brilliant Iron moments, a few not so great United memories, On This Days, birthdays and look at what former players and managers are up to.
With there being no football for 11 weeks now and testing times for everybody during this pandemic, it has proved to be a great way of reliving past memories for our supporters.
Over a number of years we've tried to put together a strong archive of photographs and videos of past players and from old matches, but there are still areas for improvement and that's where we're hoping you could possibly help us.
Did you keep recordings of football highlights shows on ITV, Sky and other channels, such as Nationwide League Extra, Yorkshire Goals on Sunday, The Championship, Football League Review, etc? If so please get in touch, because they could be very useful for us as we look to share moments of our history with our supporters.
Have videos or DVDs of full Iron matches? As we mentioned last week, we're looking to broadcast a past match or season review, or do a Retro Matchday every weekend during this period over the coming weeks for supporters, and while we do have lots of footage at our disposal, you might have some, or a game that we're missing and would love to share with everybody.
