The Devon-based official will travel to the Valley for his 14th game of the campaign and his fifth in Sky Bet League Two.
His first game of the campaign was Rotherham United's 2-1 away win over AFC Wimbledon on the opening day of the season. He showed just one caution on the day.
He's taken charge of the Iron on just two previous occasions, back in February 2017 and on Easter Monday of this year. United have lost both games and he's shown a total of three yellow cards in the games.
Meanwhile, he's refereed Leyton Orient on five previous occasions. The O's have only won one of the five games - the first one back in August 2016. He's already had the side this season, in their 3-2 home defeat back in August. In total, across the five games, he's shown 22 yellow cards.
In 2018-19, he took charge of 39 games, issuing 128 yellow cards and seven reds. So far in this campaign, he has officiated in 13 encounters, showing 48 yellows and one red.
On Saturday, Huxtable will be assisted by Paul Yates and Andrew Laver, while Paul Kelly has been appointed as the fourth official.
