The Iron’s newly-formed Under-23s side will travel to Bottesford Town, Lincoln United and Winterton Rangers as part of their pre-season schedule.
Russ Wilcox’s men will take on the local sides away from home during the course of July.
As part of the partnership with Bottesford Town, which will see United use Birkdale Park for their Under-23s home league games, a mixed Scunthorpe United XI will play the Poachers’ first team on Saturday, July 13th at 3pm.
A week later, the Under-23s team will visit Ashby Avenue to face Lincoln United at 12noon before facing Winterton Rangers at West Street on Friday, July 26th.
As soon as we have further details of the Under-23s’ pre-season schedule, we will announce on Scunthorpe-United.co.uk and via social media.
