Local junior football side Bottesford Town U8s were able to form a guard of honour for both the Iron and Rochdale at the weekend.
Nine players from the side were present to enjoy the experience, which saw them allowed onto the pitch prior to kick-off for a flag bearing experience.
They welcomed both teams onto the pitch, taking advantage of group booking prices, before enjoying the encounter against Dale from the Lincolnshire Co-op Family Zone of the SPB Stand.
Following the experience, manager of the side Paul Glover messaged: "Superb. All the kids, coaches and parents loved it, thanks very much. (It) was well organised and (we were) very well looked after."
