Supporters are advised that 12th Man Season Cards and 12th Man Programme Voucher Books are now available to collect from the ticket office at Glanford Park.
New season ticket holders and supporters that have moved stands, seats or concession category, are now able to collect their new season cards. Please remember to bring relevant ID, including proof of date of birth for those who have purchased a non-adult 12th Man Package. We may be unable to release the season cards until proof of date of birth has been received.
For those supporters that have renewed their season ticket without moving seat, stand or concession category, you are reminded that the current season will be loaded onto your existing card.
The Programme Voucher Booklets, one of the fantastic benefits of the 12th Man package, are also available to collect for all packages that have a cash value*. The booklet provides vouchers for season ticket holders to claim a free programme at the 23 league fixtures, as well as discounts on the matchday publication for some cup fixtures.
If you are collecting 12th Man Packages for your friends or family members who live at a different address then we will require notification from the season ticket holder that you are authorised to do so.
Supporters who have purchased a West or East Car Park annual pass will have it posted out to them ahead of the first home league game of the season.
