Salisbury has officiated 28 games so far this season, showing 115 yellow cards and eight reds.
The referee, who hails from Lancashire, refereed the Iron’s League One home game with MK Dons in December.
Michael D’aguilar and Barry Cropp are the assistant referees, while Christopher Ward is the fourth official.
