Michael Bull will referee the Iron’s away clash with Sheffield United at Bramall Lane on Sunday.
The official from Essex last officiated a United game last season, when the Iron lost 1-0 at home to Barnsley.So far throughout the current campaign, Bull has refereed 23 games, and in these he’s shown 74 yellow and eight red cards.
In the 2014-15 season, the referee produced 89 yellow cards and dismissed eight players in his 32 games in charge.
He will be assisted on Sunday by assistant referees Darren Blunden and Paul Kelly, with Charles Breakspear taking up the role of fourth official.
