The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the role, including managing a network of scouts, managing the staffing budget within the field and develop a protocol for reporting, providing feedback to the relevant personnel.
The successful candidate is required to be extremely flexible to meet the demands of the role.
A full UK driving license is required, with the successful candidate required to have excellent organisational qualities with communications to all levels, and able to work to very tight deadlines.
