Scunthorpe United is looking to recruit a full-time Head of Recruitment.
The successful candidate will be required to identify, attract and recruit the best players for the football framework and philosophy of the football club, along with establishing relevant links to all age groups and levels of football.The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the role, including managing a network of scouts, managing the staffing budget within the field and develop a protocol for reporting, providing feedback to the relevant personnel.
The successful candidate is required to be extremely flexible to meet the demands of the role.
A full UK driving license is required, with the successful candidate required to have excellent organisational qualities with communications to all levels, and able to work to very tight deadlines.
