Phillip Gibbs will referee the Iron's away clash with Peterborough United at the ABAX Stadium this Saturday.
Gibbs last refereed a Scunthorpe match last season, in their 1-1 away draw with Bradford City at the Coral Windows Stadium.So far throughout the current campaign, the West Midlands official has shown 59 yellow and three red cards in the 20 games which he’s taken charge of.
He will be assisted on Saturday by assistant referees Barry Cropp and Barry Holderness, with Anthony Da Costa taking up the position of fourth official.
