United’s trip to Wigan Athletic has been pushed back by 24 hours.
Mark Robins will now take his side to the DW Stadium on Wednesday, August 19, 2015, with the kick-off time remaining 7.45pm.
It comes as a knock-on effect after Wigan's game at home to Doncaster Rovers has been moved to Sunday August 16. This is due to Rovers’ televised match in the Capital One Cup against Leeds United on Thursday 14 August.
The match will be the first time the two sides have met since September 2000 and the first time they’ve met in the league since December 1999.
